We take Continuous Cast Copper rod (CCR) of 8 mm diameter, for drawing on our wire into different gauge wires ranging from 1swg to 27swg. In this process of drawing copper wires, we use the best quality diamond dies to get the finest results out of it. The rod and dies are put into a coolant and are proofed with an industrial lubricant. This helps us maintain the temperatures and carry the drawing process in a controlled manner. The drawn materials are then for further process, which includes a softening process. Under this process, the drawn materials are filled in the heating pot and are heated at an appropriate degree, and kept for 24-28 hours ideal to make the material suitable and soft enough to fulfill the required standards and requirements.
